- In our laundry room, always keep your pet on a leash, and if you think it's necessary, use a muzzle as well!
- Please always be considerate of users who wash fabrics that do not contain animal hair!
- Please keep an eye on your pet—encounters with strangers can sometimes be scary for them, so feel free to use our „pet parking“ if needed!
- Washing and drying textiles containing animal hair in unauthorized machines is PROHIBITED!
- After using the machine, we expressly ask that you clean up the area around the machine if it is dirty and check both the washer and the dryer.
- Please remove any lint from the machines immediately after washing or drying, if necessary!
- In our laundry rooms, you'll find all the cleaning supplies you need—a broom and a dustpan!
- Be sure to always use the designated washers and dryers—if they're in use, wait until the cycle is finished!
If you follow these simple rules, we'll be able to maintain a high level of service over the long term!
