LAUNDRY

11 kg double and 16 kg washing machines are available to you. This means you can wash about twice or even three times as many clothes compared to a standard home washing machine. The Bubbles Laundry system automatically dispenses detergent and fabric softener based on the load size and the selected cycle. Our machines also add a fabric-friendly disinfectant and neutralizing agent to every wash cycle. Thanks to professional technology, the wash time is shorter than with home programs—the wash is done in just 30 minutes. What you can wash: everyday (colored and white) clothing, bed linens, towels, curtains, slipcovers, bedspreads, blankets, and pillows. Washing machines do not have a separate drying function—if you want to dry your laundry, you'll need to transfer the clean, washed items to a dryer.

DRYING

NEW FEATURE FOR REGISTERED USERS ONLY: Choose how long you want your clothes to dry!

Starting now, we're offering even more flexible drying options to ensure your clothes are always in perfect condition. Our standard drying cycles last 37 minutes. Depending on the fabric, you can choose from several temperatures and drying times. For registered users, there’s a 25-minute program for quick-drying clothes and a long, 49-minute program designed especially for larger loads of fabrics that take longer to dry. If necessary, use the additional program for perfect drying! Dryers with capacities of 16 kg (double) and 25 kg (triple) ensure perfect results. These dryers can dry 16 kg or 25 kg of wet laundry at once. Keep in mind that wet laundry is heavier than dry clothes, which is why our dryers have a larger capacity than our washers. It’s important to note that drying efficiency depends, among other things, on the load size and fabric type—but we guarantee that our machines will dry your clothes in 37 minutes. The result is less ironing and a pleasantly soft feel.

Short Program

(25 minutes):

Perfect for quickly drying clothes. If you need to quickly dry your favorite T-shirt or lighter fabrics, choose the short cycle!

Regular Schedule

(37th minute):

Ideal for regular fabrics. This program is the best choice for drying medium-weight garments, such as shirts and pants.

Long-Term Program

(49th minute):

For larger loads of laundry and items that are difficult to dry, such as towels and thicker fabrics. If you want to be sure that all your clothes will be perfectly dry, choose this program!

Additional Program
(13 minutes):

If, as a registered user, you have already started a drying cycle but the program you originally selected was not sufficient, you have the option to run an additional 13-minute drying cycle.

The program can only be started if a drying cycle has been run on the same appliance and less than 20 minutes have elapsed since it ended.

Ozone Disinfection

Professional Disinfection Using Ozone Molecules Bubbles’ latest self-service laundry service—Ozone Disinfection—is now available at 10 locations. The disinfection machine eliminates pests and unpleasant odors from not only fabrics but also other items in just 24 minutes! How does ozone disinfection demonstrate its effectiveness? When an ozone molecule comes into contact with a bacterium, virus, fungus, mold, or even pollen or dust mites settled on fabrics, it completely destroys them. Since it is in a gaseous state, it penetrates every nook and cranny of objects and thoroughly disinfects all surfaces. Furthermore, while pests can develop immunity to other chemical disinfectants, they cannot defend themselves against ozone molecules even with repeated use, so this solution is always effective. Is the device also effective at eliminating odors? Yes, ozone disinfection is also excellent for eliminating unpleasant odors—such as those caused by fungi, mold, or even cigarette smoke.

What items can you put in the device? You can disinfect almost any item in the machine, since it is not exposed to moisture or extreme heat. However, there are certain items for which professional disinfection is particularly important: – sports equipment – work clothes, protective clothing – stuffed animals – suitcases, bags – shoes – child car seats – motorcycle gear: e.g., helmets, boots, etc. – items stored in enclosed, dusty, or damp spaces

PAYMENT

The machine accepts coins in denominations of 0.50, 1.00, and 2.00 euros and banknotes in denominations of 5, 10, 20, and 50 euros. Change is dispensed in the form of 10-euro banknotes or coins. If the machine runs out of change and cannot provide change, Bubbles will credit the balance to registered users and notify them on the screen. If there is a problem with refunds for unregistered users, you can request a refund by sending a photo of the payment receipt to hello@bubbleslaundry.sk.

All Bubbles stores offer the option to pay by credit card, but we only accept VISA and MASTERCARD cards, which must be PayPass-compatible.

For mobile payments via the app, financial services are provided by OTP Bank’s Simplepay system, where you can pay with a bank card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

As a regular customer, you can top up your credit in advance at My.bubbleslaundry.sk or using the payment machine. You can only top up your credit with cash at the payment machine! You can top up your credit with any amount in denominations of 5, 10, 20, or 50 euros.

The machine issues a receipt for each transaction.

You can top up your balance with any amount using a bank card online via the mobile app or after logging in to my.bubbleslaundry.sk.

A BRIEF GUIDE TO FABRIC SOFTENER

Discover a new fabric softener!

– The main function of fabric softener during the wash cycle is to neutralize the chemicals that penetrate the fabric, increase the fabric's softness, and give it a pleasant scent.

– At higher wash temperatures, the fragrance intensity may decrease, and the fragrance and drying cycles are not compatible. If fragrance intensity is important to you in addition to softness, set your washing machine to a lower temperature.

– Don't worry—even if the scent becomes less intense as a result of drying, the scent will remain when you use the fabrics later at normal temperatures.

– This new fabric softener with microcapsule technology is designed to release fragrance as the fabric rubs against the skin while being worn or used, resulting in a longer-lasting scent.

Drying

Before starting the dryer, don't forget to set the drying temperature using the +/- buttons on the dryer's control panel!
The temperature will be set to the value used by the previous user.
The temperature can be set within a range of 65–90 °C, in 5 °C increments.
Once the machine has started, you can no longer change the temperature!
